GMY provides a practical introduction to yoga through this insightful beginner’s yoga course. This program will provide you with valuable education around the proper practice, history and discipline of yoga. With this deeper understanding of yoga, you will have the confidence to continue on into any of the weekly classes on the timetable.
A beginner’s course is the perfect way to begin to immerse yourself in your newly discovered yoga practice.
Learn how powerful and meaningful each yoga pose is and challenge your mental and physical self during a two and a half hour comprehensive course.
During the course, you will learn how to move your body correctly, and where to focus your mind. You will understand why you do the postures which will help you get maximum benefits out of your yoga practice.
This beginner’s introductory course, is also highly beneficial for any yogi anywhere who is on their journey in the practice of yoga, and will benefit anyone who wants to cement their knowledge, and understanding of yoga as well as being able to refine their technique.
GMY Yoga Introduction Courses is tailored to suit everybody’s abilities and needs. It is for all body types and skill levels, which means it is a rewarding experience for everyone.
This deeper understanding of yoga, will allow you to practice yoga at any time in any class in any style. It doesn’t matter which yoga class you attend. It will not matter how competent or knowledgeable the yoga instructor is or where they trained, you will always be able to take the teachings with you. This will make your yoga experience more personal and meaningful for yourself, allowing you to really reap the benefits of yoga on all levels, be it physical emotional mental or spiritual.
Yoga is for you- no one else- the ability for yoga to really work starts with a good foundation.

This Courses only take place three times a year, January, May & September.
This course is limited to only 4 men per course advanced paid bookings are essential.
