Consciousness- the ability to be able to meta -cognise what is happening and shorten the distance between action and reaction. This is what needs to be explored to fully understand our selves. Our personal development is YOGA and its philosophy, the kundalini, the chakras, the nadis, and the brain. These are subject which need exploration.

Psychology is a hidden science, but once applied, it reveals that which was once hidden in the psyche, and one can experience the wonderment of self personal power that lies within.

Psychology is a science that has been studied since the dawn of humanity. The study and development of Psyche (Greek for "soul") is the essential root of every mystical and religious tradition in the world. In order to understand the universe and its Gods, we must first understand ourselves.

Gnosis yoga is a practical methodology whose goal is the awakening of the consciousness and the complete development of human potentiality.

What is needed to acquire results in such an effort is summed up in the famous quote:

"Man, know thyself! and thus shall know the universe."  (The Delphic Oracle Greece 9th century BCE)

Our early upbringing has a profound effect on our lives, shaping our self–image, attitudes, moods and behaviour. We develop survival strategies and ways of being as a result of this conditioning. When our negative behaviours don’t produce the love we want and need, we can blame not only ourselves but also others.

The eye teaches us how to release and resolve the persistent negative feelings of being unloved and unlovable. We examine the major influences on our lives, trace the root of the adopted negativity, and release the pain, grief, anger, shame and resentment that has been stored there for years.

 

The ultimate aim of  Yoga and the Process is to help everyone reach forgiveness and acceptance for themselves and others. This allows for a more compassionate approach to personal relationships and family life, and yourself.
